Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You don't need to register or create an account to browse our store. However, to place an order you can either use Guest Checkout or create your own account. We recommend creating an account — registered customers receive exclusive discount coupons and early access to new launches and offers.
How can I see my orders?
If you have an account, go to My Account → Orders to view all your past and current orders. If you checked out as a guest, check your order confirmation email for your order details and tracking link.
Is ordering on your website secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-approved payment aggregator, using fully encrypted and secure payment paths. Your personal information is access-controlled and never shared with third parties.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes — we deliver pan-India to more than 25,000 pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability in your area.
What are the delivery timelines?
We process and dispatch orders either on the same day or next business day, depending on the time you placed the order. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within Mumbai and 2–4 business days for the rest of India, from the date of dispatch. You will receive tracking updates via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
What are the shipping charges?
Orders above ₹599 qualify for free shipping. For orders up to ₹599, a flat shipping charge of ₹80 (inclusive of applicable taxes) is applied at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order at any time by clicking the Track Order link in the footer menu.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select orders and pin codes. The COD option will appear at checkout if it is available for your delivery location and order value.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails after being deducted from your account, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment source within 7–10 working days. If you don't receive it within this window, please contact us at customercare@nutstory.in
